Gaelic translation service

Wondering how to make that gift really unique? We now offer a Gaelic translation service. So, why not let us translate your chosen engraving text into the original language of the Scots.

We have secured the translation services of the eminent Gaelic scholar Farquhar MacLennan (Fearchar MacGill-Fhinnein), a native speaker and teacher of the language, born on the Isle of Raasay. Mr MacLennan's skill and experience are second to none, so you can be sure that the translation will be accurate and succinct.

For a limited period only we are offering this service FREE of charge for text up to 40 characters in length, when you order an inscribed item from our site. Simply order the item, a quaich for example, then contact us stating your name and order reference, and requesting Gaelic translation.

We can also translate longer text - up to 62 words for only £25.00 GBP (Approx. 50.00  USD) inclusive of VAT. Please fill in the form below to request and pay for this service.

Please note that this is NOT a free service.
