Character - A walk in the woods
This wine is made with the full size and luscious oak leaves of spring. The leaves are picked from the oak woods of the Sidlaw Hills down to the forests of the Tay. They are picked fresh, cleaned and made into a tea which is fermented and blended with elderflowers.
The Spring oak is a juicy fruity medium sweet white, fragrant with elderflowers. Serve chilled.
