This is a classic country wine, fermented from fresh wild elderflowers to produce a beautifully light, summery, medium sweet and tangy white wine.

Elderflowers hand picked, stripped, and pressed by maidens and some swarthy blokes occasionally from afar.  For those who particularly like their elderflowers, and don’t want to find themselves in the rafters. Wild but gentle.

Medium white. 11.5% vol.  12 x 75cl bottles.
