Gooseberry Wine, fermented from fresh green Scottish gooseberries to produce a medium white wine. Fruity and tangy, not too sweet, but not too dry.

Juicy, lemony, and spicy, with gooseberries flying in at the end in a light furry way. Sweet-ish with some bite.
