A combination of citrus and ripe pear followed by smoky spice, toffee and vanilla. Big , full mouth with lots of deep flavour including sweet malt, toffee and ripe orange. Just enough sweetness to give full rounded feel. Winner of a silver medal in bothe the International wines & spirits Competition 2006 and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2006.
